I’ve never really known exactly what I want to do, I just know that I want to leave a positive impact, and I found that in ESN Porto, where I’m now responsible for marketing and communication. Helping international students feel at home is something I truly care about, especially because I know what it feels like to be in their shoes, having studied abroad in Rome with Erasmus+, which pushed me out of my comfort zone in the best way possible. Growing up in a Portuguese-German household has made me curious about different cultures and seeing the world through other perspectives through the people I meet, and now I love connecting with people from all over. When I’m not in full ESN mode, you’ll find me doing something creative. Whether it’s arts, photography, music, or getting lost in a good book, I’m always up for something that lets me get my imagination flowing.
